MIUI Gallery Adds Microsoft OneDrive Picture Backup Support

MIUI Gallery is no longer just a simple video photo viewer. From this, we can edit and modify practically any multimedia content and even now, make a direct backup in synchronization with Microsoft OneDrive.

Although until now we could make a backup copy of all our photographs and videos in Xiaomi Cloud and Google Photos, now we can also make it in Microsoft’s own cloud.

As we can see below these lines, the MIUI Gallery will allow us to specify the place where we want to make the backup. Of course, it does not allow us to copy simultaneously on 2 or more platforms, but rather we will have to choose between Xiaomi Cloud, Google Photos, or Microsoft OneDrive.

Additionally, this new update will not be available for all devices. For some strange reason, we will only have the possibility of making backup copies in Microsoft OneDrive through the Global ROM and on the following devices:

As can be seen, Xiaomi has left aside the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 13 Series, either because it is still working on it or due to an exclusivity contract with Google so that we can only make backup copies in Google Photos.
