OPPO’s ColorOS 13.1 update, based on Android 13, is now available for the OPPO Reno 8 5G, a standard smartphone in the Reno 8 series. This major firmware update is currently being released on a global scale. It will, however, spread to other countries quickly.
According to Input Revealing, the ColorOS 13.1 update, which comes bundled with Android 13, can be recognized by the following information: build version CPH2359_13.1.0.520 (EX01) and a 937.03 MB package size. ColorOS 13.1 introduces numerous visual and functional enhancements, and it also improves the system’s overall performance.
The ColorOS 13.1 changelog suggests that this update was made with the intention of improving the device’s performance and connectivity for gamers. As a result, the respective device owners will be able to upgrade to a new firmware version.
