Apple iPad Air 2024 Official Stock Wallpapers

Apple is introducing a larger 13-inch model for the first time with the iPad Air 6th gen. Both variants feature a Liquid Retina IPS LCD display. The 13-inch variant has a resolution of 2732×2048 pixels and 600 nits peak brightness.

The iPad Air 6th Gen retains the same overall design as its predecessor with a flat frame, a Touch ID button at the top, and volume rocker keys on the right side. One noticeable change is that the front camera sensor is now moved to the right side i.e. when the tablet is held in landscape mode. The stylus called as the Apple Pencil is still magnetically attachable on the right frame of the tablet. The latest iPad Air will also be compatible with the newly announced Pencil Pro. It also gets Pencil Hover feature that was limited to the Pro models.

The iPad Air 6th Gen retains the same cameras as its predecessor. There is a 12MP rear camera and a 12MP front-facing selfie snapper. The former supports Smart HDR and 4K video recording.

Under the hood, the iPad Air 6th gen houses Apple’s M2 processor. It is touted to be 50 percent faster than the M1 Air. Both variants now start at 128GB storage configuration which is bumped from the previous generation. The tablet supports WiFi-6E and 5G connectivity.
