The Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 Pro was just unveiled. This cutting-edge camera can not only record in complete darkness, but it can also intelligently identify the sound of a baby screaming.
Featuring a 5 megapixel (MP) sensor and a 3K (2,960 x 1,666 pixel) recording resolution, the new Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 Pro boasts a highly sensitive image sensor that can record in full color even in dim settings or with high quality in complete darkness.
The new Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 Pro utilizes the new MJA1, an AI chip that not only notifies us when people are in the vicinity but can also recognize a baby’s cries and send an alert to our phones.
The new security camera can record sound up to 8 meters away, enabling conversations to take place in both directions. There is also the option to join the Bluetooth Mesh network and a clever noise cancellation mechanism.
It’s important to remember that despite its small size, this is a motorized camera. The new Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 Pro can raise and drop focus in addition to focusing horizontally at 360 degrees. A network-attached storage (NAS), the cloud, or a microSD card can be used for remote recording.
