Xiaomi 12 Pro was launched on 28 December 2021 and will be available for sale from 31 December 2021.
The flagship smartphone features a 6.73″ AMOLED LTPO display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision and comes in multiple memory variants viz: 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB ROM.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera and 50MP + 50 MP secondary cameras. Other interesting features include the Cyber Focus tracking system which enables you to take fast and quick images and a dedicated Night Mode available on all three camera sensors. In the front, you have a single 32MP ultra-clear selfie lens.
Xiaomi 12 Pro is fueled by a 4600mAh Li-Po battery with 120W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging. It also supports fast charging protocols like QC4 / QC3+ / PD3.0 fast charge protocol + MI FC2.0 fast charge.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Glass Body variant is available in Black, Blue, and Purple colors while the PU variant comes in a gorgeous Field Green color.
Xiaomi 12 Pro HyperOS 2 update
The latest Android 15 update for the device is currently available in China with build number OS2.0.1.0.VLBCNXM. It’s a Pilot release, meaning the update will first roll out to beta users followed by everyone. The update is expected to be released globally in a few weeks.
The major update weighs around 5.7GB on Xiaomi 12 Pro. So if you receive the update, make sure to download it over WiFi.
