How to Recover Instagram Deleted Content

Instagram's 'Recently Deleted' function allows users to analyze and restore deleted data.

Photos, videos, reels, IGTV videos, and stories that are deleted are immediately removed from your account and placed in the Recently Deleted section.

Within 30 days of deletion, you can access your deleted content on the Instagram app.

Here's how to restore your stuff from the Recently Deleted section step by step.

Go to the Instagram app on your smartphone and sign in.

Tap profile or your profile image in the lower right corner to view your profile.

Tap more options in the upper right corner, then settings.

Then, tap Account, then Recently Deleted. It should be noted that if you haven't recently deleted any stuff, the Recently Deleted page will be empty.

At the top of the screen, tap the type of content you want to restore or permanently delete: profile updates, video reels, or archival content

Select a different option. in the upper right corner, then select Restore to profile or Restore to restore content and Delete to delete it.
