The iPhone 12 comes  with an A14 Bionic chip, whereas the iPhone 13 is endowed with an A15 Bionic chip, which includes a new Core CPU and a new Core GPU.

The iPhone 12 comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities, while the new iPhone 13 starts at 128GB and progresses to 256GB and 512GB.

Except for the design, the camera setup on both iPhones is similar. In addition, the iPhone 13 receives Sensor Shift OIS and Cinematic mode for video recording.
