Vivo Y35m+ appears launch MIIT certification in China

Vivo is getting ready to release a new mid-tier Y series smartphone. The Vivo Y35m+ model was recently discovered on a Chinese certification website, suggesting that its release could be imminent.

A Dimensity 700 SoC will be at the heart of the Vivo Y35m+.

Chinese certification website MIIT has the upcoming Y35m+ model listed. The V2279A-marked gadget is displayed here. The Y35m+ model will include support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and even 5G network connectivity, as confirmed by this listing. In addition, the database verifies that dual-SIM standby and Android software will be available on the device.

The listing also suggests that the release of the Vivo V35m+ is imminent. This latest appearance comes after the phone was spotted on China’s 3C and TENAA certification websites. Earlier this month, we even reported on the leak of its rumored price. These approvals provide us with a foundation for understanding its parameters. The Y35m+ will have up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and it may be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 SoC.

It’s also likely to work right out of the box with the Android 13 OS and the OriginOS custom skin. The smartphone is expected to have a 6.64-inch OLED display with a waterdrop notch on the front. The primary camera is expected to be 50 megapixels, with a secondary 8-megapixel camera for use in taking selfies.
