Owners of the international version of Vivo X Fold 3 Pro smartphone can rejoice today. The tech giant has begun pushing out the Android 15 update, which includes its FuntouchOS 15 layer on top. It arrives over-the-air as a 2.47GB download, so be sure you’re on a fast enough network. Already the IQOO 12 have also received this update.
After installing the update, you will have the software version PD2337F_EX_A_15.1.8.21.W30. The changelog is extensive (see screenshots below), but we’ll highlight a new scheduling algorithm that distinguishes between the priority level and computing power requirements of various apps and processes in order to accurately allocate resources and improve system smoothness.

There are many new wallpapers, both static and immersive, multiple sets of universal system themes, new icon styles and rounded corner styles for the Home screen, support for hiding app names, and new styles for clock widgets. The Ultra Game Mode gets multiple quick setting options, the Notes app has more text editing tools and the ability to export in Word format, Settings comes with better menu categorization and hierarchy as well as enhanced search scope and fuzzy capability, and you also get Live Transcribe and Circle to Search.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has been officially announced on March 26, 2024. The device supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) while the display size is 8.03 inches Foldable LTPO AMOLED. The resolution of the display is 2200 x 2480 pixels. As far as the cover display is concerned, it features a 6.53-inch AMOLED display. The smartphone is packed with 16 GB RAM with 512 GB and 1 TB internal storage options.
