Google Pixel Devices Receive Android 14 November 2023 Patch fixes issues

Google released Android 14 QPR1 Beta 2.2 for Pixel devices a few days ago, building on the enhancements in the first release of Android 14. And today, the company is releasing the November 2023 monthly software update for all Pixel devices. The brand is gradually rolling out this update. Let’s go over what’s new in the update.

Google is releasing a security upgrade for Pixel devices running Android 14 in November 2023. However, because this is a regular monthly update, it is countable, as it addresses all security vulnerabilities and enhances system operation. This update is being delivered to all eligible devices with the version numbers shown below.

Although many Pixel devices will receive the November 2023 update, it is the first for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

Google Pixel Update November 2023: What’s New 

The Google Pixel November 2023 update solved all of the flaws and known issues that were causing the difficulty. The system’s security is also improved, giving consumers improved safety and privacy options. The upgrade also improves the device’s stability and reliability.

Display and graphics-related issues, such as green flashing while the display is turning off in some scenes, are resolved, allowing NFC and related services to cause instability in some instances; such issues will no longer exist. Aside from that, issues such as screen jerkiness, wallpaper misalignment for smartphones with a notch or hole-punch camera, and many others are addressed.

Because all known issues have been resolved, the functionality and performance are seamless and perfect.

  • Fix for issue occasionally causing the wallpaper to be misaligned for devices with a notch or hole punch camera

  • Fix for issue occasionally causing a green flash when the display is turning off in certain conditions *[1]
