This highly anticipated OxygenOS 15 Launch Date has been confirmed by OnePlus, generating excitement among users. OxygenOS 15, which is based on Android 15, will be released on October 24. Oppo has previously announced ColorOS 15 and Realme UI 6.
The rollout to qualified Oppo and OnePlus devices will begin in China. Outside of China, OnePlus has finished developing the Android 15-based OxygenOS 15 skin for its phones.
The OnePlus Community has announced that OxygenOS 15 Launch Date will be October 24, following the debut of the Snapdragon 8 Elite (or 8 Gen 4) CPU.
OxygenOS 15 Launch Date and Key Features
The motto ‘Speed meets AI’ for the Android 15 skin is self-explanatory. This is not surprising, given that the recently released ColorOS 15 has a number of visual and performance improvements, as well as new AI capabilities. However, OnePlus has yet to divulge anything regarding the most recent updates to OxygenOS.
According to sources, OxygenOS 15 Launch Date will coincide with the introduction of AI-powered features, including Gemini support and a photo editing application akin to Google’s Magic Eraser.
According to prior reports, OxygenOS 15 would contain a new control center inspired by iOS and HyperOS. Swiping down from the screen’s left corner opens the notification pane, while swiping right brings up the Control Centre.
This is possibly one of the most noticeable cosmetic changes in OnePlus’s current custom skin. The new layout is expected to have a media player in a 2×2 grid, a 1×2 brightness slider, and a 1×2 volume control grid.
