Oppo begins February with the stable roll out of Reno 10 Pro ColorOS 15 update. The phone is from 2023 and now getting Android 15 with the ColorOS 15 update. The Reno 10 Pro ColorOS 15 update is currently rolling out to users in India, and it will soon expand to other regions.
Oppo Reno 10 Pro Specs
Oppo Reno 10 Pro has been released on July 13, 2023. The dimension of the smartphone is 162.3 x 74.2 x 7.9 mm and it weighs 185 grams. It is built with a glass front, plastic frame, and glass back. The smartphone features a 6.7 inches OLED display with 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution and 394 PPI screen density. The display is protected by Asahi Glass AGC DT-Star2.
The sensors include under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass. It comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage and is powered by Qualcomm SM7325 Snapdragon 778G 5G Octa core processor while the GPU is Adreno 642L. The smartphone comes with a rear triple-camera set up with a 50 MP (wide) + 32 MP (telephoto) + 8 MP (ultrawide).
Oppo Reno 10 Pro ColorOS 15 update
Android 15-based ColorOS 15 is the second major update for the Oppo Reno 10 Pro, which brings a bunch of new features, including the first AI batch. You can expect changes such as enhanced animations, new lock screen customization tools, private space, new app icons, new themes, and more.
If you have an Oppo Reno 10 Pro, you can apply for the official version to receive the update early. This isn’t a beta build; they do this to allow users to access the stable version before others. To do this, make sure your phone has the latest update installed, and then apply for the major update by following the instructions below.
Go to Settings > About device > Tap the top of the page > Tap icon on the top right > Trial versions > Official version > Apply Now
Now go to the system update page in Settings and check for the update. The new Android 15 update will be available. This is a big update weighing more than 1 GB.
