Since September 2020, OPPO has started pushing out ColorOS 11 (Android 11) builds to compatible smartphones. The firm has been sticking to its monthly timetable, which it publishes at the beginning of each month. It has now started registrations for the ColorOS 11 beta testers for oppo A54 Android 11 update, according to the timetable for this month.
OPPO is expected to start beta registrations for five devices in April 2021, according to the ColorOS 11 update plan. The registration for the first four phones went online on time, and in some cases, ahead of schedule. Similarly, registrations for the fifth and final device, the OPPO A53, are now open.
Oppo A54 ColorOS 11 Beta Update (Android 11)
Currently, the OPPO A53 ColorOS 11 Beta program is only available in India and Indonesia. To participate in the project, users in these two areas must be running firmware version A.69/A.77.
Users must go to Settings > Software Update > Gear Icon > Apply for Beta Version > Update Beta Version and follow the on-screen instructions to join the program. Registrations will be open from April 27 to May 11 for a limited number of seats, according to the official statement on ColorOS Community.
ColorOS 7.2, based on Android 11, launched with the OPPO A53. As a result, the smartphone’s first significant upgrade is ColorOS 11 (Android 11). According to OPPO’s track record with software updates, it may obtain Android 12 in the future.
