OnePlus has released the V20P01 December update, which includes enhancements and new features for various smartphones and tablets. This update is being gradually rolled out, beginning on December 2nd, 2024, and will reach all eligible devices by January 2nd, 2025.
The V20P01 upgrade aims to improve functionality, aesthetics, and performance. It adds new capabilities, refines current tools, and enhances system reliability, resulting in a more seamless and delightful user experience.
Notable enhancements include updated Weather and Clock widgets that improve the appearance and usability of the Home screen. New styles for Clock widgets provide greater personalization choices.
The upgrade to the photographs app includes a filtered view to help users better manage their photographs, videos, and other content. A slider now displays photo dates as you browse, making it easier to navigate. Users can even lock entire photo albums, which increases privacy and convenience.
Another feature, ProXDR, ensures that photographs with high dynamic range preserve their quality even after being edited with watermarks. Additionally, the update includes a new boarding pass recognition tool, which allows users to scan and save passes directly to Google Wallet.
