OnePlus OxygenOS 14 Beta Device List

The OnePlus 11 Android 14 beta testing phase has begun. The Android 14 developer preview is currently being tested on the device. Previous releases and timelines suggest that OnePlus will initiate the OxygenOS 14 beta programme in the third quarter of this year, specifically in August or September.

The Android 14 operating system has reached platform stability in testing, allowing programmers to begin creating apps for it. The final, stable version of Android 14 will be released in August of 2023.

The next question is whether or not your phone will support the beta version of OxygenOS 14. We have compiled a list of compatible mobile devices for your convenience.

If normal users choose this program, they may face the following consequences:

  • WLAN malfunctions in certain scenarios
  • Connection fails when casting to a TV display
  • A red screen is seen when switching from Guest mode to Owner mode in certain scenarios
  • Manual connection fails after the phone is disconnected from the tabletWeChat calls may not ring with Bluetooth headsets
  • The red screen flashes when creating a new calendar
  • The screen freezes when taking a picture with the front camera on WhatsApp

How to Apply/Download OnePlus 11 Android 14 beta:

MP and OBT to Beta upgrade guide—via Local Install (EU&IN ONLY)

Note: This upgrade method only works for IN and EU versions. NA users please refer to another upgrade guide below. This upgrade method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first.

  1. Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
  2. Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
  3. Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
  4. Go back to Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
  5. After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
  6. Update successful.

MP and OBT to Beta upgrade guide—via Local Install (NA ONLY)

Note: This upgrade method only works for the NA version. IN, and EU users please refer to the upgrade guide above. This upgrade method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first.

  1. Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
  2. Copy the Upgrade package to the phone storage.
  3. Install this APK. You’ll need it to update. Then, open the app -> tap the top right gear icon -> find the upgrade package and tap it -> wait to finish the installation -> tap reboot
  4. After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
  5. Update successful.

Beta to MP rollback guide – via Local Install (EU&IN ONLY)

Note: This downgrade method only works for EU and IN versions. NA users please refer to another rollback guide.

Note: This rollback method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first. Some applications may be lost after upgrading since the Developer Preview version is underdeveloped, you can restore the lost applications by updating to the latest MP version via Local OTA update.

  1. Download the latest ROM rollback zip package from the specified server.
  2. Copy the ROM rollback package to the phone storage.
  3. Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
  4. Go back to Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding rollback package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
  5. After the rollback is complete, click Restart.
  6. Rollback successful.

  3. Install this apk. You’ll need it to rollback. Then, open the app -> tap the top right gear icon -> find the downgrade package and tap it -> wait to finish the installation -> tap reboot
  4. After the rollback is complete, click Restart.
  5. Rollback successful.

Please note that if you are not able to click “Local install”, you can try the following step to fix it:

  1. Disconnect all Wi-Fi and Mobile data
  2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> App management -> Click the top right button -> Show system -> Search “Software update” in the search bar and tap “Software update” -> Storage usage -> Clear data
  3. Keep all networks disconnected and repeat the upgrade or rollback guide​
