OnePlus is currently working on the OxygenOS 13 stable update for its eligible devices, and the stable OxygenOS 13 has not yet reached all eligible smartphones. Meanwhile, the company has revealed the release date of OnePlus’s upcoming global software version. The Chinese tech behemoth is now planning to release the OxygenOS 13.1 upcoming software version in H1 2023.
According to Gary Chen, OnePlus’s head of software products, the OxygenOS 13.1 will launch in the first half of 2023 alongside the OnePlus 11 series, which is expected to arrive in the rising part of 2023; it is highly anticipated that the company’s next flagship will be launched, which will come with this upgraded Android 13 build.
The @techdroider confirmed that the OxygenOS 13 would introduce new features that aim to focus on three basic areas of the operating system, which include Privacy, Multimedia, and Performance tuning.
Aside from OxygenOS 13.1, the company also confirmed that the OnePlus upcoming OxygenOS 14 Custom user interface is in the works. However, the company has not revealed any information about the upcoming OxygenOS 14 or what we can expect from the update.
