There are two ways to access Digital Wellbeing, first is through the Settings app and another one is downloading the application from the Google Play Store.
- Open the Settings app.
- Then scroll all the way down and select the Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls tab. Tap on it.
- Here you will get the exact screen time of the apps you use.
- You can set timers for your apps, when the app timer ends, the app is automatically paused for the rest of the day.
- You can even add content restrictions and set other limits to help your child balance their screen time through setting up Parental controls.

How to set up Digital Wellbeing in OPPO smartphones?
- Open Settings.
- Tap Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls.
- Then select Your Digital Wellbeing tools option.
- Here you will get the status of the screen time of your most used applications.
- Select Unlocks.
- By selecting the Unlocks option, it will tell you how many times your smartphone has been unlocked and you can also check a number of access tabs.
- Then tap Notifications, to check the seen notifications.
