To determine your heart rate, we count how many times your heart beats in one minute. The heart pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body via the circulatory system. The standard unit of measurement for a person’s pulse is beats per minute (BPM). The rate at which your heart beats varies naturally with your age and the way you live.
How Is The Heartbeat Measured?
Usually, our Heartbeat is measured by an instrument called the Stethoscope. The normal heart rate of a human being is 72 beats per minute. The number may vary depending on age and lifestyle.
