How to Flash Global ROM on Realme RMX3920:

  • Download & extract firmware
  • Download & extract platform tools
  • Open cmd in platform tools folder
  • Connect your device in fastboot mod
  • Send below command
fastboot getvar all
  • Note all available partitions
  • Now flash all partitions one by one
fastboot flash 'partition' 'filename'

Replace partition with correct partition name and correct filename by file from firmware

fastboot flash boot boot.img
  • After flashing all partitions, you can reboot your device
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot
