Here are the Steps to follow:

- open qlmflasherpro
- connect phone in fastbootd
- in qlmflasher go to fastboot tab
- click flash rawprogram, in popup select rawprogram.xml from firmware
- repeat the process and flash all rawprogram.xml’s 12345, after success format data & reboot
- Wipe data and cache: After flashing the global ROM, it’s a good idea to wipe the data and cache partitions to ensure that your device runs smoothly.
- Reboot your device: Finally, reboot your device and set it up with your Google account.
