Dura Software, a prominent acquirer of hyper-niche software companies, announced today the purchase of Infinity, a UK-based developer of interaction management software for contact center environments. Dura Software has already acquired 15 firms worldwide, indicating a significant milestone for the rapidly developing software company.
For almost 25 years, Infinity has provided interaction management software. It has made a name for itself as an innovation in the fields of business process outsourcing, emergency services, healthcare, finance, utilities, and insurance. Interaction management, low-code workflow and scripting, CCaaS and CRM connectivity, omnichannel orchestration and automation, quality management, and more features are available from Infinity.
Paul Salisbury, CEO of Dura Software, expressed his delight at the acquisition, saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Infinity to the Dura Software family.” They are an outstanding addition to our portfolio due to their proven technology and exceptional track record of supporting worldwide enterprises.”
The Infinity team will be led by Chris Williams, CEO of Dura Software portfolio business DVSAnalytics. DVSAnalytics is also a contact center technology specialist, providing workforce optimization, workforce management solutions, quality management, call recording, and other business-critical technologies. Williams’ experience will improve synergy between the two portfolio firms.
“This latest acquisition will strengthen our portfolio and expand Dura’s capabilities in the contact center space,” Williams said of the deal. I’m confident that Infinity will have a bright future as a member of the Dura family, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the team to achieve operational success.”
Geoff Land of Infinity has been named Chief Operating Officer. His broad experience with customers and the industry will complement Williams’. “I am extremely pleased to begin a new chapter for Infinity under the Dura Software banner,” he added. “In the few weeks we’ve worked together, Dura has embraced the positivity we’ve created for our wonderful clients wholeheartedly.” They have also welcomed our personnel with open arms, instilling a sense of optimism for the future. I believe we’re all in good hands as we continue on our evolution over the next few years.”
Dura Software’s latest acquisition demonstrates that it will acquire goods in areas that it already serves in order to use existing expertise and provide operational efficiencies. Overall, Dura is ecstatic by the addition of Infinity and is extremely optimistic about market circumstances and the possibility of more near-term acquisitions.
