ColorOS 13.1 Will Come to OPPO Reno9 & Find N2 Series First

OPPO launched the Reno9 series in China last month. This year, the Oppo Reno9 series includes three models rather than the usual two, including the Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro, and Reno 9 Pro+. The flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor powers the top model.

On the other hand, the Chinese tech giant plans to launch the upcoming OPPO Find N2 series in China on December 16, 2022. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor will power the Find N2 smartphone, while the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset will power the Find N2 Flip.

Nowadays. OPPO is busy rolling out the ColorOS 13 stable and beta updates to its eligible smartphones, and the most recent ColorOS 13 update has not yet reached all eligible smartphones. The next version of ColorOS, ColorOS 13.1, is expected to be released in the first half of next year.

According to reports, Oppo’s subsidiary OnePlus intends to release the OxygenOS 13.1 upcoming software version alongside the OnePlus 11 series in the first half of 2023, along with an upgraded Android 13 build. As of now, the upcoming ColorOS 13 is expected to launch first in China, with other regions following suit towards the end of next year. The OPPO Reno9 and Find N2 series smartphones will be the first to receive the ColorOS 13.1 update. Because the Reno9 series ships with ColorOS 13 out of the box. Furthermore, the Find N2 series will ship with the Android 13-based ColorOS 13.

Furthermore, the upcoming ColorOS 13.1 operating system may prioritize some key areas of the OS, such as performance, security, multimedia, and fluidity. It would also include some improvements to the ColorOS 13 user interface.
