The iPadOS 16 operating system is running on the Apple M2 octa-core processor that powers the device. The display of the tablet is 12.9 inches with Liquid Retina XDR mini-LED LCD, 120Hz, HDR10, Dolby Vision, 1000 nits (typ), and 1600 nits (peak).
The resolution of the device is 2048 x 2732 pixels and the PPI density is 265. It is protected by scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating. The dimension of the device is 280.6 x 214.9 x 6.4 mm and weighs 682 grams. It is built with a glass front, aluminum back, and aluminum frame.
The tablet is pack with dual camera: 12 MP (wide) + 10 MP (ultrawide) + TOF 3D LiDAR scanner (depth) while on the front there is a single 12 MP (ultrawide).
